Yeah I figured it out thx for helping me though guys, if anyone needs help with this level, what you need to do is that when you get to the ramp up part you stop when you are above, then let the police car fly over u. After that he'll try to come back to u but u are higher so he can't get you, when he is going against the wall you go forward fast and it'll give you just enough time to beat the police car
