Thanks for putting up this video. I just bought the scooter you featured today. Doctor gave me a prescription for one as I have trouble walking. Good to see this. Some assembly required. I get it tomorrow morning. I used to build and race go-carts as a kid.
Though I’ve already have an older model, I’m more then satisfied with it’s performance, so far. All I need is a rear-view mirror, an owner’s manual & 2 blue plastic trims to replace the single red trim that a hospital’s nurse accidentally broke.
I have one also and am happy with it also. The manual can be found online, a rear view mirror is an optional accessory that can be gotten from Amazon or other places such as monster scooter parts. Good luck
I just bought this scooter used but it didn't come with the owner's manual. Can anybody tell me what the lights in the charging for the battery mean?. Sometimes I plug it in it flashes green, and then sometimes it's charging and it's red solid.
There is a blue button on the tiller that has a headlight icon, you would push that button which would turn off the headlights. If that button isn't turning them off, then there may be a wiring issue in the switch that you would need to have looked at. Hope this helps!
I also remove the handle on the seat I've had scooters where I couldn't get it apart somebody had to come over and help me So I took it to a auto garage and had the handle removed
Im having trouble with a new charger the light comes on for power but charge light doesnt come on have already changed circuit breaker a while back and batteries whats wrong?
This is no longer in stock. Just for future reference for you, most of our videos have a link in the description to the chair/scooter being reviewed. If its not there, just go to Marcsmobility.com and search for the unit you are interested in and it should pop up if its in stock.
We dont have a video of this but you can either plug the charger into the battery pack directly or into the handle bars. If the batteries are close to empty it takes 8-10 hours to fully charge. If the batteries are older and have sat for longer then 6 months then the batteries will go bad and would have to be replaced. If you have any other questions email me at info@marcsmobility.com
Most likely the front wheels are in the locked position for when transporting the unit. There is a black tear drop plastic cap in at the bottom of the drive tiller between the wheels that you have to pull out and twist. That will unlock the front wheels.
