@@dashcamtravelsusa I appreciate the help... and for the record, I'm not coming from NY to change anything, I'm running from tyranny and appreciate what the people of S.C. have built... so don't hate me :)
@@chrisw3421 Not a hater at all. My neighbor is from upstate NY. I'm not a native either, but my wife is. I was born and raised in West Virginia and love my home state, but South Carolina is now my home. Should you need any additional info about the area, let me know!
@@dashcamtravelsusa I sincerely appreciate that.. I may hit you up late summer :) I was first looking at Morgantown because it's only 4 hours away from Buffalo(where I live) but if I'm going to move it has to be a nice climate and strong economy. I was at Ft Jackson in Columbia back in 1994 and traveled SC and GA a little, they made a good impression on me.
Actually it does, just not a lot. Last January, we got about 6 inches of snow. North of I-85 is where it usually snows. I used to live about 4 miles from the NC state line in Spartanburg County and we usually got measurable snow at least once each year. Elsewhere, however, snow's not very common.
