Hey Eric your def getting better... and now as a boss 👍 if I can give a little criticism , maybe if you take certain precautions like plywood on driveway , etc... you would have less mistakes to worry about , but keep up the great job 👍 👏

Steps look great !! But why didn't you tape off along the sides and top edge. A lot of mud on the siding especially left side. As a homeowner I'd see that and to me lessens the great job a bit. Hope it washes off. Looking forward to the patio pour.
Those are the things Eric misses. Sad he doesn’t take the extra 5 minutes to do things properly. Just like missing drilling into the driveway and installing rebar.
you can never convince me you had a real reason not to put wire mesh and or rebar in that pour that job was way too big to not have it in it and if it's the customer's budget then pass on the job cause in a year when it cracks and he starts leaving you bad reviews everywhere it's only bad on you I have gave up so many paint and drywall jobs cause customers, where to cheap this job, looks good but don't start making side comments like where the ones who did something wrong for calling you out be professional and just say the customer wasn't willing to pay for mesh and move on yes at the end of the day we watch for entertainment but if people go to that video to learn how to do concrete they will be misinformed you have a channel to educate people so do so the right way Ryan always says the truth which is why he gains so much respect from people.

I use Dawn dish washing soap. Then when it drys I put Tide white powder laundry soap on it, rub it in , and rinse it off. Never had to go back to the couple of driveways that my truck leaked on. I've done this to some of my friends driveways also. I think the kitty litter absorbs the oil then the stone dust from rubbing seals the pores in the crete. Good idea.
Eso. Así mero. Con cada vídeo que subes mejor la calidad del vídeo y del concreto. Toma lo que diga la gente como concejo. Casi todos queremos que salgas adelante.
Eric, the reason your hydraulic cylinder on the power buggy is leaking is due to a bad seal, you can ethier buy a new cylinder or send it off to be packed and sealed again
You need to learn how to talk to people and you yourself need to make sure you are giving your workers clear instructions before they start doing something its your fault also if you don’t tell them what you want and expect
The driveway looks Mickey Mouse with the joints . Did you not try to get him to replace the two pieces of driveway that is causing it to look piecemeal . The driveways already look not so good when you add on but when you leave some of these and it looks like that not so good !
Omg when you started about wasting concrete, i couldn't help but think now you know what Ryan bitches about, lol. Definitely can see a difference from when you first started & it's pretty cool to watch. Keep up the good work. It's always something with older equipment and you did good keeping your cool.

Awesome job on those steps Eric awesome job, Francisco and your brother you guys all work together good as a team I like how you told him. No yelling on the job is that’s not good for business. He’s gotta learn he should ask questions before I start yelling Francisco’s brother just that’s not good for business. You did the right thing by tone them both to stop.
Very nice work here each job gets better. The small details are starting to come together on your jobs. Take care of your equipment and it will take care of you. Starting out you can’t have all brand new equipment. With time and jobs reinvesting as you go you will have a high quality power buggy, track driven skid loader. Plywood to lay down to protect surfaces etc it all comes as you do jobs and invest in your business. Great work guys keep it up!
I was watching you spray paint around that lift cylinder and was wandering if maybe you got over spray on the tube witch when dried harden and tore to sills on the cylinder the next time you used it. Great job Eric....
Whereas we have had many failed cylinder seals - generally due to age/rust/loss of chroming. Never seen paint overspray cause an issue. Reality is these seals wear out and are an expendable item, cylinder rebuild and all will be well.
Maybe work on cleanliness? Plywood if the drive or sweeping more . The road and driveway looks a mess I know u say ur gonna power wash but the dirts got to go somewhere power washing too
For the people leaving negative comments if you don’t like his work or his videos why are you even bothering watching the videos lol go somewhere else if you have nothing but negative comments
How about you tell Eric to stop giving ppl reasons to do so. His work is no good and he acts like he's the King of the Concrete business when all he is is a weak lil wanna be.
Nice job eric, if you want to have an easier time running the top tool on the corners leave the side forms on and run the edger first, it will give it a clear look and ahould be easier running the top tool 👌

Doing this work takes years of learning ,try to learn from your mistakes prep your job plan ahead . Next job put some thing down on the driveway that looks bad ,pull up your boot straps move on !!
I'm sure the homeowner instructed it this way, by why would anyone want a step that covers half their sliding door? Thats probably the only side they open and use but it just looks off in my opinion
Hi Eric. Can you have Ryan explain to us why mesh and bar was not required for the job you referenced? My request is for my education only and not to bag on you.
There's different stuff you can put in concrete. I want to say it's called fiber mesh. Down here in Georgia most residential stuff doesn't have mesh and rebar in it. It's definitely alot weaker than not using mesh. Me personally I'd use mesh
