Whereas the EV industry is on struck at customers on battery reliability, durability, longituvity, battery replacement cost, and overall EV cost. There is warranty and extended warranty but no guarantee. Of course no guarantee for any product.😅

This EV is very comfortable and has good driving dynamics. In fact it also offers a pretty good range, and now they are introducing fast charging too.

One thing is correct any product comes issues same like that any ev comes some issues.we have to see, is small companys giving parts replacement,service through dealerships or not ? And some of small companys also giving good service/ parts replacement. Like venu motors (Anantapur) BMR EV (chittor ) offering good service through dealerships.

Best car in a driving experience and good body and small car which is more useful in cities and in traffics without pollution!!

I bought hero NYX HX 2Years ego now my 2 batteries not working. I went to Hero ev show room they took for exchange and they are simply said waiting period 4 to 6 months minimum and not responding properly 😔

Customer don't want good service, it is not the criteria, what consumer needs is, EVs problem should be rectified by a roadside mechanic, not by servicing centre. Only such kind of Evs are made in INDIA, then only, they will be successful.
