moderately low steering angle, moderately high top speed modifier. i've found that a steering angle of 16 and a top speed modifier of 0.64 is best for track cars
i've had that happen to me like once or twice before, and not specifically with the bavette evo - i'm not really sure what causes it, to be honest with you. what i do know is that if you have an avatar that's abnormally tall it can cause your cars to handle poorly - so maybe try rocking a 1.0 blocky avatar and see if that fixes the problem
