At 70mph the rpm’s wouldn’t be high enough on a 12 speed transmission to cause a big difference in fuel consumption. Electric apus doesn’t do good especially in minus degree weather, the best Apu is the one built in the truck where it starts the truck on and off. The external apus are always having problems and having to find a dealer near to get it fixed.
