Driver diagrams and how to set up an improvement project 

This video is additional self-directed learning as part of the Leeds Improvement Method (LIM) Intermediate training course.
It describes and explains driver diagrams and how to use them when you are setting up an improvement project, as well as how to use a PDSA approach. Leeds Improvement Method advises small tests of change and a cycle to Plan, Do, Study, Act connected to the different elements which are driving the need for improvement.
