Thanks man , my boss threw my on a fendt at work and I'm new to tractors , I find the tms hard to learn , very hard to control at crawl speed and I find it hard to use the bucket while using the tms at the sane time. When grabbing a bail , the tractor wants to keep crawling , so I have to completely stop then use the tms button on the bottom to unlock and move again... weird system but I get the fuel savings
Thank you for this video :D I work at a farm and didn’t know how to use the exhaust brake and to drive it with the joystick but now I know :D I knew the exhaust brake was on the floor but I didn’t know that I had to pull the joystick backwards to make it work
Just to be clear TMS is not relating to the foot throttle or brake pedal. It stands for Tractor Management System. It allows the transmission and engine to communicate with each other when increasing and decreasing speed so the operator doesn't have to worry about it.
@@trossponsor9077 only the 5e, a very low spec model, is made in India. Rest is made in The USA, and Germany, with the exception of the 6e, made in Mexico. Stuff for Aisan markets are made in China, and stuff for south American markets are made in Argentina or brazil

correct me if i am wrong. but new holland dont have a engine management system like Fendt TMS ? and for the extra price you say? how many times have you changed your gearbox in your new holland ;)
That's interesting I've never seen a Fendt b4. There not very common in Maine The joystick and the knob next to it looks alot like a big m 2 and it operates mostly the same from what I can tell. Do u know if Krone and Fendt r owned by the same company?
hi I just bought a fendt 312 profi s4. was going to used it for baleing hay. just not sure what mode to used should I used foot peddle mode or the joy stuck
Yeah but all you others offer the exact same think just simpler deere auto power/IVT, new holland auto command, case cvt etc! They all got some toms Vario thing.
Tom Hull Yes, but they all dont got the variable Vario stransmisson wich allows gearless shifting. MF has dynashift which is just another word for Vario because they are a part AGCO wich includes JCB, too ;)
I have to disagree with you, sure if your a purist the fendt may make the best version and the original but all the other manufactures make some form of it. I am full aware of agco, but unfortunately you are wrong about JCB they are a independent company in the UK and not part of agco. You may have got confused by challenger? :) treating from England
Our 7619 Massey Ferguson with a CVT can operate the with no input from the throttle, you can run it with the joystick or the foot pedal, expect for the exhaust break our MF don't have that.
+E Bellingham Fendts have that too! TMS is basically where you can push the joystick forwards it'll will go forwards while TMS uses the RPS it needs to get speed up.
I don't see how this is exclusive to Fendt, our New Holland Auto Commands can do every thing you just said except way simpler. I owned a Fendt 926 and traded it for a T7070 New Holland, I like it way better. Fendt is not worth the extra price.
New Holland is ok but comparing it to Fendt is just ridiculous. It's like comparing Iphone XS MAX and Iphone 3GS there's just years of development and superiority in that tractor
There is only one problem with fendt. We have a Farm and many Workers. I Know how a Fandt works and I can use the system too. But our 200 workers who change every 2 Months don't know how it works thats the reson why we only buy Fendt when we need a Traktor who only driven by 3-5 persons
You will have to take the damn tractor back to the dealersihp and they will ship it back to the factorie for two months because that's what happened to our fendt

Hahahaha. I drive the autocommand on a 7030. What a plastic pile.. Suspension is crap. And the gearbox just doesn't run as smooth as with a Fendt. And that ANNOYING big door, my god

seems like a lot of jealous people in the US, German engineering leaves the US for dead as everything is refined, even the Czecs make better stuff, I have a John Deere 7800, old Massey which I like and a Claas, I had have found over the years that the Germans come up with great ideas, when I replaced a radiator hose on the JD It was a nightmare, no room to place the clamp on took ages to do, the reason why they all use a joystick is they don't have conventional gearbox's, its all hydraulic planetary drive, no cogs to clash no dodgy clutches, other countries are putting their brain power into life necessities, the US is all about making the biggest bombs and pricey jet aircraft and all the bullshit for war
+Lilmorty100 They're a cheap tractor. Tend to break down a lot. But they have their advantages! You can get a real powerful tractor for instance 300 horse power when for a fendt a 200 horse power (estimated) but the case will break down, have a bad suspension, bad gear box, cheap cab, ect.... case = farmers who have hard land and need a cheap powerful tractor. Fendt = Farmers who have the extra buck to spend on the tractor to get a real good experience
Haha, Fendt will allways be better than John Deere and other brands, Fendt is german quality they are REAL tractors, not the plastic shit new holland and johndeere make.
Thats why Germany is the nr 2 quality producers of the last decade, but yet you say that America who is nr 8 on the quality list makes better stuff? Btw the quality list is not on the web, you have to watch it on tv.
