Driving a Quadrange, extended version 

I was asked to mov road ditch’s in a 4230 and didn’t want to look like an idiot in front of my uncle so this was super helpful

Can you start off in D-3 or do you always have to start at 1 then shift up

Didn't know these dont have a floor pedal for gas

Why you throttle up just to move???? Like to slip the clutch?????

Why are you giving it so much throttle?

I cant stand them quad range,s...you gotta love em i geuss, i dunno, but they not that easy, i just cant stand them, i especially like the 3 speed lo/hi multi power on a massey like a 1135, same size asa deere 4440, those are so much more easier to operate, with a nicer queiter bigger cab, or a ih 1086 or a 1066, those are easy to shift too....

If that's a 4240 or larger with the 466 engine your abusing the driveline. It'll pull away fine from idle.
