Driving All the Way Around the Island of Bora Bora - No Time Lapse 

This was the best vacation ever!

What a wonderful drive around the whole island. For me total magic. It's a place that I have dreamt about returning to for the last 55 years. I had some magical times there when I was in the British Merchant Navy in 1965. The people were so friendly and hospitable and the weather was perfect. Thank you for this video.

Thanks for this video. The one and only time I was in Bora Bora was way back in 1985... I was only 27 years of age then. I am thinking about returning, but I don't really know now. It seems so much more developed now, and I much prefer the sleepy island it was back then, 37 years ago. I know places do change, and some change a lot. I somehow like to remember how it was. Far too much traffic now, and it seems like one continuous sprawl of growth right around the island. When I was there, and the photos I have from that trip... it was never like that. A little disappointed now, but I have to face the fact that it is a reality.

February 1999 I cycled around Bora Bora and Moorea. Maybe one day I will get back there.
