Legazpi City Is a first class component city and capital of the province of Albay, Philippines. It has a population of 209,533
In 2018, Legazpi was ranked first in overall competitiveness among component cities by the National Competitiveness Council.The city also ranked first in infrastructure and second in economic dynamism In the same year, Legazpi was also named "most business-friendly city" in the component city category by the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The Queen City of Southern Luzon? Hahaha. That title is more approriate to Naga, the third oldest royal city of the Spanish East Indies.

Naga city is known for The Queen City of Bicol or The Heart of Bicol. Legazpi City and Naga City are both first class city. They are both ORAGON.

Pano mo naman nasabi queen city ang legaspi ang chaka nga ng festival dyan hindi naman dinadayo. buti nawala na ung tambaloslos festival ung may malaking pisot.. Tapos ung progress dyan focus lng sa mall.. Condominium dyan hindi pa hinog, walang industrial park, walang township development, s&r&landers wala din.. Ung mayon lng ang maganda period

Wla man papasok na big investor dyan kasi may takot nasa north bicol nka focus ang progress ng bicol buti nlng ung local business man nyo dyan tumatayo ng mga paluging negosyo makita lng asensado ung Lungsod.. Kumusta ang embarcadero at ung nag iisang condominium ng albay eco homes ba yon..

Queen city na ba yan wala naman high rise bldg. Pinkamataas na bldg nasa 5 floors lng ang pangit pala ng centro magulo. . Anong meron dyan

As per government classification, any city with average annual income of P500M is considered first class. Legazpi City had generated P733M in 2022. It was also ranked second amond the 3 livable cities in Philippines. Anong meron: LCC MALLS, PACIFIC MALLS, EMBARKADERO DE LEGAZPI, YASHANO MALLS, SM CITY MALLS, METRO GAISANO, SAVEMORE, PUREGOLD and many more. Tourism; Mayon Volcano vie, ATV, SCUBA DIVING, WATER SPORTS, HIKING AND CLIMBING MAYON. MOST OF ALL PRETTY WOMEN AND MGA GWAPONG LALAKI. BAWAL ANG PANGET SA LEGAZPI CITY. KAPAG PANGIT TAGA IBANG LUGAR YAN😅😅😅.

Livable ba yan wala ngang condominium dyan kokonti lng ng subdivision.. Meron ung ecohomes nyo dekada wala pa nakatira tiwangwang lng. Tubig kuryente malaking problema dyan..
