I find videos of driving boring in general but, at the request of my wife, I filmed quite a bit of driving around Milos Island last fall. Instead of the clips going to waste, I decided to make a little fun video of it it is like driving on Greek island!
Best viewed in HD! Adjust using the gear on the bottom right of your screen.
It truly is worth renting a car when traveling the Greek islands! Try to rent something small, the roads and streets in the towns are usually narrow or VERY narrow! A 4x4 is worth the extra money as it will allow you to reach less visited areas and secluded beaches!

The video is very nicely made, but the author went out of his way to highlight the narrowest roads and backstreets of Milos. Most visitors will spend little or no time driving on the roads featured in that video. It failed to show the most travelled, main roads of Milos that are paved and can accommodate comfortably two-way traffic.

Thank you for the positive comments. A good portion of the video does highlight the nice roads of the island. However, it is in the narrow, of the beaten path roads where a lot of the beauty of the island lies. For people who are not used to driving in Europe or Greek islands, these roads can be intimidating. I have highlighted them in the video as a "what to expect" for those who want to explore more of the island by driving.
