@@bethbrence3540 I know Beth...the repetition of the music got to me after a while. The video was long enough that they could have changed to other music a few times.
I lived in Wasilla from 1978 until 1996. It's fascinating to see how the first half of town you drive through looks almost the same as it did in the 80's (the buildings have barely changed, even if what's in them HAS changed) but as soon as you pass the lake, it's almost unrecognizable. After they tore down Cottonwood Creek Mall, that side of town just feels like a different place altogether.
This town was a quite little town in the 80’s however now it’s almost a mini Anchorage. Kinda depressing when you stop and look back as to how much is changed. But I guess it’s happening wether I approve of it or not.
Oh yes, I live of KGB, in settlers bay when there was only about a dozen or so homes in this whole community. Now there’s practically a home on ever lot.
Oh I can assure you that our famous potholes are ready and waiting around for all there next victims Lol. This section of the sparks hi-way was resurfaced not long ago. Just give it a few more seasons of driving with studded tires. Haha
