This was a pretty simple drive with good torque but you can see we dial in the placement and get it plumb before we start torquing the pile into the lower grade.
Required torque is based on load, so our tributary area (size of deck) joist and beam spans give us required torque.
These @mascore_helical_piles m2 piles are 3” shaft diameter with a 10” helix and 72” total length.
At 1500 lbs of torque they hold over 4000 pounds each. And at higher torque can support up to 15,000 lbs.
