I wanted to commend you and your son on the work you put into these lovely quiet drives. I was born and raised in Bank Hall and have some comments(not criticisms) as I have enjoyed many a Sunday afternoon driving in Barbados with you. My recollection is that the area starting at Combermere’s wall and stretching down to The Abundant Life Church is Bush Hall. Back in the old days the site of the church used to be Bush Hall and Kew plantation house I believe. Bank Hall Road started after that property and stretched all the way through the intersection with Bank Hall cross Road to the intersection with Country Rd where it becomes White Park Road. Bank Hall includes All Souls Church and Pavillion Road with Empire Cricket ground in the back. Of course I lived there 70 years ago and the naming may have changed, but that is possibly why One of the former bank Hall residence felt “shorted “because the drive did not cover the lower part of bank Hall main road. Again, I have been grateful for your project and have learned a lot about my own island so thank you, and these are comments for information only, and not a complaint.
Once again another great video. Love the chatel houses. Many of us Barbadians grew up in a chatel house, because it was affordable. Thank you for sharing.

Just adding a few corrections to your tour which I always enjoy them when I view the videos. When you make the left after passing Combermere School that begins the Bush Hall area both sides it ends at Mansion Road/Abundant Life,Bank Hall main Road continues to the Four Cross Roads Passage Road/White Park/Country Road From Abundant Life Both sides is Bank Hall down to that four Roads I spoke about earlier. When you made that left turn onto Bank Hall Cross Road both sides Bank Hall which ends Hindsbury Road . When you make the right from Bank Hall main road towards Eagle Hall that is also Bank Hall both sides to Eagle Hall/Tudor Bridge/Babarees Hill Junction it is believed that Bank Hall is one of the largest residential areas in St.Michael. They call Roads/Land in your show case. Please accept this correction in the manner it was sent
Would you say the road rehabilitation work has made a difference in driving round the island yet? I loved my time there but the state of the roads was quite a shock - so I've been following it with interest. Thanks for all your videos!

You haven't done justice to Bank Hall, beyond the traffic lights going to the O'Level Institute and it's inviorins is also Bank Hall main road, Mansion road is the road just before Abundant Life Assembly, from Combemere down to Park Road( just after Howard's Supermarket) is Bush Hall not Bank Hall. Bank Hall also goes to the right( leading to Eagle Hall) at the traffic lights. Bridge Road only goes to the right at the HindsBury Road T/Lights. Good job you're doing but you need to do a bit more home work
Bank hall full of British fancy colonial names but still look like a real Bajan slum area. shame on the Politicians who are responsible for these areas. St Vincent has better housing than Barbados. A Bajan say so.
Oh this is the perfect video to tell my life story. You could have passed through all the roads and streets a thousand times and I would have still watch the entire video. Very Beautifully done.
