No, but even more stupid built tunnel lane that allow the rain water to enter and jam traffic👎😭

I haven't lived here for that long so I cant say for sure, but I would say this was more extreme than usual. There are a few heavy rainfalls every year but this was probably worse than it has been in years

@@DashcamStockholmDriving Yes. Last month, my area just outside of St. Louis, Missouri got 9 inches of rain in one event, followed by 4 more inches subsequently, flooding people out of homes. Unheard of! Climate change is affecting you, me, and our world. :-/
