@@murphysonthegoit was super easy! The entry gate, don’t go into the yellow lanes without a fast pass or it will cost you big. Go to the ones that say Biglietti and hit the button and keep the ticket. When you hit the exit end, just pull into a gate with a hand and coins, hand them the ticket, they take all forms of payment. 15.60 euro for Rome to Naples.

We didn’t seem to have a problem with ZTL zones but it looks like there’s an app called ZTL Italy that might be helpful
