In the early 70s the underpass under the train yards at the 4:00 mark was being rebuilt. The TTC bus was free from stops around there on Jane, so as a little kid (probably grade 3 or 4) I would hop on the bus at Woolner and take it to the library on the left at the 4:00 mark. the bus detoured to the east somewhere in the Junction. I lived on 210 Woolner right off Jane from 1968-73

@@CanadaLifeVlogs yup, the USave variety store on the corner of Jane and Pritchard. It is just after the underpass at 4:00., on the right. You can still see the big faded U-Save sign painted on the walls. We went there a lot as kids for penny candy on the way to or from school.

@@jaymillerr Lmao east of Yonge and Dundas is just full of addicts and a few guys. The whole Jane, esp north after Wilson is def more dangerous. To quote you...this isn't 2000s.

Given the number of moving violations this guy commits, I'm assuming driving.

@@CanadaLifeVlogs B.S. I live in this neighbourhood and I drive it and walk my dog nightly after midnight and never encountered an issue. If your not actively involved in drugs and gangs, you have nothing to fear.

Yup, lots of hella stupid drivers on Jane. You drove past my street @ 7:36 in this video. Bexley Crs just south of Eglinton. Everyone thinks Jane is a racetrack after St. Clair on Jane. I've seen cars doing easily 100 kph going past my street on Jane and there's a school across the street from my house. Super dangerous, especially for kids trying to cross Jane to get to and from school. Selfish inconsiderate scumbags driving like Jane is their own personal racetrack. Ugh.

Yea, the whole situation with driving in Toronto is worse and worse every year unfortunately. People should have some decency especially when driving in school zone.

@@CanadaLifeVlogs Hang a left north of Bloor Street from Jane and enjoy the $3 to $6 million dollar homes of Babypoint. When travelling Weston Road through the town of Weston enter the neighbourhoods between Weston Road and Jane Street and enjoy the century old, immaculate Victorian homes that sell between $1.5 and $3.5 million dollars. Your comments show your true colours.
