I don't care what anyone says Paris is Beautiful and I love the people . I had the Best time walking around shopping eating riding the metro and the buses. I could spend days just walking around . It's so beautiful .
So many scooters, so many dangerous drivers, so many bicyclists who suddenly cross the roads. I've been in different European cities, but traffic isn't as chaotic as this anywhere in Europe(maybe Rome can top it, but I doubt it). Must be absolute heel to drive a car in Paris. I truly have respect for your driving skills, you seem to be so calm and easy. I would freak out in situations like this.
...great video....never realized the architecture in paris is so spectacular....i'm impressed...this 3 hour video certainly gives one a good heads up about driving in this city...thanks...
I thought only in Brazil the bikers were crazy to driving between the cars on the right side in high speed, zigzagging among the cars and without respecting the crosswalk. But in Paris and NYC they do the same crazy shit too!!!
Wow I did not finish the whole 3 hours, but it looks sooo easy! I mean, everybody respects the lights, you don´t get stuck for half an hour in the same place, etc. I wish it was like this here!!
It seems that there are no rules for riding a scooter in France. They can drive wherever they want even on the sidewalk, on opposite side of the road etc
Of course there are rules. But in Paris, it's different. There are so much people on the road that you are happy some of them take their scooters. In return you let them pass, if you can.
The French sure do things right like they used to do here but no longer. The roads are perfect and so clean. The Mayor sure knows how to take care of a city.
Donald Biscardi Biscardi paris is not closely as neat as london. get ur facts right. the roads are sandy nd dirty with dog poops for most parts of it. u should check ur stats, it was ranked the dirtiest european capital.
To Henry Tudor : Ah bon ?
Sustainable tourism in Paris, depends upon a robust and vigorous attitude towards tourist safety. Did you know that in Paris, many parents ignore traffic laws with their children and that many of these parents are civil servants? Youth in France deserve law-abiding, ethical and conscientious civil servants, their future actually depends upon it. Let's double traffic fines in capital cities and watch long overdue, law-abiding streets and adults appear, in Paris. The World Health Organization Road Safety Office feels that law-abiding streets and highways are long overdue in France. What do you think?
Paris is not a city dependent of tourism. It's a real working and business city. Tourism is just a minor part of its economy. Tourism is something like 3% of Paris metropolitan economy.
