Parking was sketchy (tiny spaces and many €€€€) but roads are excellent. Definitely get the toll and GPS extras. Speedy but worth the smooth travel experience. No GPS … 3 hours to find hotel. With GPS… less than 20 minutes. I prefer no car in Lisbon central.
