That's the way to do it. This road is like 2 Nurburgring straightened out and run end to end. When visiting the area over many years some roads you learn. This is one I learned. Best time in early May was between 5.30 and 7.00pm, no tourists, no coaches, no commuters. ! hour is good but I liked to try it without using the brakes outside the speed restrictions areas. Still 1 hour but fantastic MPG. But as for admiring the view, not at this speed.
