Driving my NEW 1,000HP Hennessey Exorcist Across The Country

Jack, I'm not sure if you know this but little tip for anyone who is going to go very high speeds, ESPECIALLY if you are not familiar with such higher speeds and depending on your car knowing what it can and cannot handle, road conditions, modifications done to the car, so easing into higher and higher MPH milestones is ideal like Jack said in last video what he would do with all this power. But when slowing down, do not hit the brake, sometimes it can cause the steering wheel to shake if you aren't sure about the equal amount of wear on your brakes. Instead, downshift to let the engine slow down the car. Ideally, you have a little combination of braking and letting the engine slow the car down. Pls take this into consideration everyone and Drive Safe.

I-10 is one of the best drives between texas and cali (I live in HTX) We took my straight piped sonata and the fun of ripping in mexico in a fuel efficient car is such a troll, stopped for gas 3 times beating a challenger to stops due to him fueling more 😂

I didn't know you got that thing in manual, that car is awesome. The fastest car I've driven was a 300hp VW GTI but I hope that one of my friends will let me drive their cars, I know people with WRX STI's that range from 500 to 1000 horsepower

Ah you missed the car museum right next to that gas station at the beginning of the video! I used to stop by there all the time on my way to New Mexico. They have a real 427 cobra as well as a GT40 in there. All of those cars were owned by Tom Mitchell who unfortunately passed away back in 2014, he owned 3 NASCAR teams and an Indy car team. All those cars have been sitting in there since the early to mid 90’s. I believe it’s now looked after by his grandson who checks in on it about once a month. But there is some great history in there! *EDIT* you showed it later in the video 😁

little tip idk if it works with all cars. my cold starts idle at like 2k until warm. but if i tap the gas like 10 percent when its running . itll drop to 1k and be alot quieter. it takes longer to warm up but its alot quieter. give it a try
