A small house would be 2.5 million, the average price would be around 5 million. One sold recently for 45 million. If you can afford one of those, you are a very lucky man Walter!! :-)
Definitely life there but people tend to drive everywhere as it's on a purpose built man made island. There are also quite a few homes that are second homes and are unoccupied. Thanks for watching.
