Somehow I marked that point to comment on it while editing but forgot to, glad you brought it up. That was a minor fault for observation at the junction. I believe learner was lucky she got through the turn quicker and that would have prevented the car approaching from slowing down even more. However another examiner could give a serious fault for that situation.
