Don’t know why you didn’t drive the car along and stand in the back and drive the posts in , think that might have been easier

3 Paces to Meters = 2.286😉 so you're probably using more than you need having said that looks a good job

I definitely cheat… we have a concrete breaker for our mini excavator, though it can mount on a skid-steer loader as well. We have a compaction foot we can swap with the breaker point, and we’ve modified it so we can bolt a cup to that so we can drive fence posts with it. with three guys, you can install posts almost as fast as runner 1 can carry the post to the next spot on the wire while runner 2 sets the post being driven. We did two sides of a quarter section in just a few hours. Wood post are a dawdle, and we’ve been know to drive 6” steel posts for heavy duty fencing… 15’ posts driven 6 feet into the ground through clay hardpan. I admit our post driving solution is a tad on the expensive side...

Looks like your doing a good job. I am no fencer or done any fencing, but I can not understand stand why the high tensile straing wire you placed is sometimes on the outside of the post and sometimes on the other.

What was the hiccup with the post driver? Did it break? I’ve got some to put in on very steep ground and was thinking this may be an option…..but they’re expensive for what they are, may have to hire one.

Im very tempted by them petrol Post drivers... im doing a lot of fencing recently of either stock or post and rail for clients so would defo be handy... just not sure how they'd handle 4x3 rectangle posts... i keep meaning to give easy post driver a ring and pop up for a demo as not hugely far from me.... Honestly, how are they to use?
