In this video we'll take a drive through Walt Disney World during it's closure and and pass the toll gate for all 4 Disney World theme parks, the Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Epcot, before passing by Disney Springs and ending at the very end of Hotel Plaza Blvd in the Crossroads Shopping Center.

01:05 Notice how construction crews are working on the old entrance to Hollywood Studios. At 13:05 I drive down that road and you can see it from a different angle. That's the Star Wars resort (Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser being built on the right.

Was this taken after Disney announced they were halting construction on all projects, because it looks like some crews were keeping busy; which is good in my opinion, they should take this time to do some tlc when they normally can’t

Disney has stopped Buena Vista (in-house) construction. As of a few days ago at least contractors were allowed to continue work if they desired

I know you're on quarantine and it sucks. But, I envy you. Being on quarantine in sunny Florida is way better than freezing cold Chicago. Thanks for the video. Helps me get through all of this.

What's with the strip mall at the end? I never knew what was out that way but what's the significance?

It's the Crossroads Shopping Center. It's the closest non-Disney owned Dining/Shopping to Walt Disney World property. It opened in 1988 and was really popular until Disney Springs added many restaurants during the 2000's and even more recently. This area is also very familiar to Cast Members past and present. It's going to be torn down sometime in the near future for the ongoing construction on I-4. I filmed it in late 2019 and I'll make a short vlog about it soon. Disney owned the property at one time.
