It would all depend on your definition of rich I suppose. Some of the houses featured in the video are going for around $400-500k. If you were to own a nearly half a million dollar asset, I'd consider you rich. But I know different people have different standards. And of course that's not to say that most or even a significant amount of these people have paid off their homes. However, most millionaires live in seemingly middle class neighborhoods. A good book called The Millionaire Next Door covers this. Thank you for watching!
NEWER developments don’t do it for me , Not a fan of cost cutting tactics of only the front covered in brick , ALL 4 sides or I’ll pass and also partial to older homes when plaster was used on the interior and they had MORE CHARACTER !
@@janellab.3372 yes Decent to live except the politicians wants to raise your taxes and the school are bad here. We are the second smallest county in the state and we have over 300 churches in area. Conyers is not what it used to be
We're looking to move to Conyers, Covington, or Dunwoody. Which do you recommend? Our 3 sons are adults now. We're coming from Ohio but definitely want to move to Georgia to be closer to family.
Thank you. I'm in Texas and my sister lives in a subdivision so similar to this with 6 bed room and 5.3 bathroom and 3 car garage. She paid 215,000 at the time for it so sitting on 2.5 scared. Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll just keep staying here at home in Texas.
