Thank you Rhonda! Here is the link to the C5 Cream. I also added product specific links to the description box. It's a lovely cream. Let me know how you like it! www.drmtlgy.com/products/vitamin-c5?ref=4446356.25
I ordered my three favorites today; the Microdermabrasion Scrub, Universal Tinted Moisturizer SPF 46, and the Soothe and Recovery Cream. I really love the cream after I do a home peel. And the SPF moisturizer is a daily thing. Great sale!
Tamara I just subscribed to your channel. I have recently subscribed to Nikol Johnson's and Kerry Lou's channels too. I admire all three of you women going silver. I started getting gray hairs in my teens by 25 I was salt and pepper and that's when I began my hair dye journey. Now at 71 I want to stop dying and highlighting my hair. I hope I can do this but feel very uncertain. Scary journey but you three will inspire me.
Love, Love, Love your teaching. i'm going to be 80 on Monday. My skin has become dry. I started the cleansing you recommended about a week ago. I am seeing some change. So far I'm pleased. Thank you. How often do you wash your brushes? Everyday or Every week? Be Blessed and stay safe. Sheila
So glad I caught your video today! Thanks for the recs. I just ordered the Peptide Night Cream, the Physical Tinted Moisturize and the 2 oz. Needle-less Serum. Just in time, my skin needs a boost!!
I’ve tried several tinted SPFs but was ecstatic to hear (from you!) about the Dermtology physical tinted SPF several months ago. It’s perfect for me!!! My absolute most favorite tinted spf of all time is Revision. Sadly, they had a very significant price increase that I wasn’t willing to pay. This is so close to being the same. Close enough that I just ordered 2 more! Thanks for all the information you supply to us.
Hi Tamara! I love several DRMTLGY products which includes the the Universal Tinted Moisturizer SPF 46, the Broad Spectrum SPF 45 and the peptide night cream. Like you, I didn’t care for the pumpkin mask and I also didn’t like the neck cream. Their sunscreens are by far my favorites. Thank you for this video!
Hi Tamara. I have been wanting to try DRMTLGY products so I ordered the Hydration Superstars Kit. Can't wait to get it and try everything. Thank you so much for your honest reviews. I trust your recommendations and have tried several products that you use and enjoy.
Tamara, I just discovered your channel a couple of months ago and watching your vids has completely changed my skin care routine! (Which was pretty much non-existent. 🙄) I adore almost all the products you recommend, as my skin is also dry and fair. After watching one of your previous vids I ordered the Drmtlgy Universal and Physical tinted moisturizers. Interestingly, the Universal is a shade lighter than the Physical and is a better match for my skin color. So I use the non-eye-irritating Physical around my eyes and across the bridge of my nose (because whatever I put on that area travels into my eyes) and then use the Universal on the rest of my face. In the summer when I pick up a touch of color, I might be able to use the Physical on my entire face. The only thing I don’t like about these products is the dewiness - I’ve discovered that creates a VERY unflattering effect in photographs (the light reflects off the dewiness and really emphasizes my undereye puffiness). However, I learned a technique for how to apply an extremely light layer of powder after I apply the Drmtlgy, including my eye area, and that takes care of the problem perfectly without giving me that “powdered” look or settling into my facial lines. The powder I use is It Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores Translucent Loose Setting Powder and even with the minimal application it creates a silky finish. This has been pretty long-winded, but I LOVE your channel and your recommendations. Thank you!!!
I definitely do not need MORE skincare, but... just ordered the vitamin C serum, tinted sunscreen AND peptide night cream. I really trust your reviews!
Love love loved this!!! The universal tinted moisturizer is my absolute favorite product of all time. A little lighter, perfect for me. I so enjoyed this video, so helpful, thank you.
I haven't tried this brand before but they sound like they have amazing skincare products. Thanks for reviewing them my beautiful friend! Have a great weekend! 😊💗
Thank you for sharing this information regarding your favs and not so favs. Like you, the Kaolin ingredient does not play well with my drier, mature skin. I had my eye on the Pumpkin Mask but hesitated for this reason. I love the idea of this mask but the kaolin is a big factor for me.
I am glad you mentioned that you use a moisturizer under the Sunscreen. I recently purchased it and didn’t find it as moisturizing as I expected so definitely need that additional layer underneath. Thanks for the great reviews!
I have yet to find a "tinted moisturizer" that is moisturizing enough for me to skip a stand alone moisturizer...I ALWAYS use a dedicated moisturizer! ❤️
Can you explain the difference between the Universal Tinted Moisturizer and the Physical Tinted Moisturizer. I've read the descriptions but don't really understand the difference. I need it in play language please :)
Thank you for this video! I've never used their products and since you've not steered me wrong with your recommendations before I'm purchasing a few things. I really appreciate your videos Tamara!
I totally agree with all your reviews...additionally I did not like the scrub...to harsh on my dry skin. The cleaner is OK, but I find other things better.
Hi Tamara👋, I've only tried the Universal Tinted Moisturizer, which works on my olive skin.. I didn't realize they're less expensive than Elta. I'm sorry you're still shoveling😢snow. If I don't see you next Sunday, have a Happy Easter.🐣
Hi Tamara, I notice how youthful you look especially today in this video! (not that you always look great and youthful). I love your hair style (with the gray) and your face looks healthy and glowing ( again not that you don't always look your best in all your video, even the before and after ones. You described what products you were wearing today, so I'll have to watch it again to write them down. I'm always looking for new products at my age, (71). I will check out Drmtlgy products you recommend. Thank you.
Hi Tamara. I bought the Peptide Night Cream last month, and plan to try it when I run out of what I am using now. I've thought about the Needless Serum, but my skin really doesn't seen to like niacinamide, and it is listed first. The tinted moisturizer is one of my favorite products too. Looking beautiful without foundation. Blessings, and peace..MaryEllen
Thank you for the reveiw. I have the same type of skin as you and I have recently started using some Drmtlgy products and I absolutely love the universal tinted moisturizer spf 46. It really works well for me providing light dewy coverage. I layer a very small amount of my Estee Lauder Futurist Hydra Rescue on my chin or any red areas. I am going to order the Physical tinted moisturizer based on your recommendation today with my order and of course more UTMspf46, Needleless serum and peptide night moisturizer. Thanks again for the review!
Hi - since you’ve probably tried both tinted SPF’s by now, can you tell me the difference? I’ve heard people say one works great and the other one is too thick (physical one) or the physical/chemical blend is too shiny and greasy, so I can’t decide.
I’ve been using their Advanced Neck Cream for a few weeks and I really like it. It’s great for day as it’s not heavy or greasy but still very moisturizing. I use it on my face too and it plays well with my daytime serum and sunscreen.
I'd love to try some of your top faves, especially tinted moisturizer. Hopefully it wouldn't be too light on me. I have tried the eye masks from Keke's channel. They are good. I'd definitely repurchase. Thanks Tamara😊.
Of the over-50 channels I subscribe to, you are the one with the closest skin type to me - very dry. I use all the products in your top 3. Their needleless serum is phenomenol as is their peptide cream. The physical sunscreen is the only one I use now. I have never been able to tolerate Vit C serums. I have tried many and couldn't use them. I can't do acsorbic acid internally either - have a citrus sensitivity. But I want to try the one you mentioned without acsorbic acid.
Hello adorably pretty Tamara, super happy to hear your faves 💕🍃. Drmtlgy products I have are awesome for me. But would love to try others! PS. Love the spf, love the night cream too buuut won’t be repurchasing (prefer Avene & Kiehls), serum good too. Awww lol, cute out takes!
Thanks, Tamara, for the Drmtlgy update. I use the night cream and physical tinted SPF. I also use the eye cream. I have reordered all three of these. The eye cream is probably my least favorite with the SPF being 2nd. The SPF doesn't settle well on my skin. I have tried it with and without moisturizer. At the end of the day, it is still tacky. Perhaps, I'm putting on too much but I use the 2 finger method. I am going to give the Needless serum and Vitamin C cream a try especially since those are on sale. Thanks for your informative review. I look forward to seeing you on Sunday. Have a great weekend! xo
Just ordered the Water Crème Moisturizer -and yes, figured this might work well in summer, when heavy moisturizers are intolerable or as an extra layer of hydration when feeling dry. Doesn’t have ceramides or peptides, right? So it looks OK, but not especially impressive.
Definitely restocking my faves 💜. My top two are the peptide night cream & the Physical spf… I have enjoyed & still have plenty of the the pumpkin mask. The needless serum is on my shef & is next in my “must try” serum que 💜
@@TamarasTimelessBeauty did a poll on my IG page re the serum. I didn’t get the positive response I expected… but I need a larger sample size. I will have to read the comments to see what your subscribers think :)
Thank you Tamara for this video. For some reason I don’t get emails from Drmtology.. Don’t want to miss a chance to save some cash. I’m such a fan of most of these products you recommend, and yes, even the Pumpkin Enzyme mask. Sorry it didn’t work for you.
Thanks for another great video! I will never be without their Microdermabrasion Scrub. Best exfoliator for this (or any!) price if you like a serious scrub. I also enjoy their tinted sunscreen on a fast get-ready day but it does oxidize a bit on me and is quite shiny . Been waiting to use up some semi-redundant products before trying the Needle-less Serum but this sale might break me! ;)
Hi, Tamara, just ordered 3 products, night cream, needless serum & tinted sunscreen. Can’t wait to try them, thank you for your expertise on these products. Will let you know how it goes. Anne❤️
I ordered the eye cream by mistake but have been enjoying it. It is hydrating to my very dry 74 year old skin. Would like to know what you use. Your hair looks really cute. New hair cut??
Thank you for this review. I wonder how the needleless serum compares to the Ordinary Buffet with copper peptides? I've used their peptide night cream but not rich enough for my dry skin. I just ordered the needleless serum and tinted moisturizer. Incredible reviews on their site.
I would consider the Vitamin C product if it had better packaging! Vitamin C, as you know, oxidizes so quickly when exposed to the air. It should be in a pump. That’s my opinion anyway. I am considering the night cream however.
I love Drmtlgy products. Does the Vit C cream have fragrance? I thought no heard it did..I just worry about extra irritation. Because my timeless Vit c got to be to much during the winter
I just double checked... The DRMTLGY website does not claim the Vitamin C serum is FF...however, I just checked Incidecoder and they state it is FF. I could not find any fragrance in the ingredient list and I don't detect any scent of fragrance. It smells like a typical L'Ascorbic Acid serum. With the lower % of L'Ascorbic Acid, I think you will find it more gentle than the timeless...it feels very soothing on the skin with the extra emollients. Hope this helps!
@@TamarasTimelessBeauty I just looked. I was speaking of the Vit C 5 cream and it does contain fragrance. I'm just afraid my skin is to sensitive to add something with fragrance. Maybe they will make it FF some time in th future!
It's newer to my skin care routine in the past few months. I asked my dermatology provider about peptides/copper peptides with tret and she said there are no conclusive, recent studies on this. Her recommendation was to allow the serum to soak in for a while before going in with the tret. So...what I have been doing is after cleansing, apply my Sukoyaka Suhada Urea toner as usual, then Needle-less Serum...let that soak in/dry down for a bit, then apply Tret and let dry/soak in for a few minutes before going in with my night cream. (sometimes when I am extra dry I will add another layer of SS Urea toner over the Needle-less serum before tret. Also, I love to use it on my non tret nights when I am using my AHA Masks. I also use it in the AM on days when I am using the C5 Cream vs the L ascorbic Acid. I'm still playing around with it!
The only thing with needleless serum is I don't know when to use it because it contains copper and should not be used with vitamin c retinol or acid and I use these ingredients every day. For that reason, I gave up on it.
I love the needleless serum! I ordered that, plus the tinted mineral SPF, the night cream, and the eye cream. I was never an eye cream believer but really noticed a difference with theirs. Also failed to notice the double size serum deal until after I ordered 🤦 should have watched your vid first but oh well!
Good Morning. Thank you for your rankings and great explanations of these products. I was already using the SPF44 sunscreen, which I love. After hearing you talk about the Needleless serum, I went ahead and got that also. You always look great, but today your eye makeup is particularly nice. What mascara are you wearing? Thanks again for this video.
Thank you for another helpful video. I just started using the Dr. Jart Ceramimidin cream which I LOVE for my super dry skin. Do you use the mentioned night cream & the Cermamidin together?
Hi Michelle! Great question! I play around with my various creams…the Dr. Jart is richer and more emollient than the DRMTLGY, but lacks peptides. I reserve the ceramidin for when my skin is SUPER dry…and or irritated. So…sometimes in the deep of winter I use just the Ceramidin, sometimes I layer both…though admittedly that is probably over doing it. LOL. I’ve also used the Peptide cream during the day and usually Dr. jart is a bit too rich for daytime use. I try so many products…so I tend to collect favorites…then play around and mix and match. Currently My top 3 “night Creams” are the DRMTLGY Peptide Night Cream, the Dr. jart and the Mad Hippie Triple C Night Cream. If the Dr Jart is perfect for your super dry skin, you probably don’t need the Peptide Night Cream…especially if you have a Peptide serum. Hope this helps!
Does anyone have comments about Drmtlgy’s retinol complex .5%? I had been using Skinceuticals retinol 1.0% cream. I prefer Drmtlgy’s product. It is not as strong and therefore not so irritating and goes on more smoothly.
I tried their retinol complex .5% and had to stop using it. It just made my skin peel and flake off terribly. I used it as they suggested, even started slowly, waiting a week between each use and then after a few weeks went to every 2-3 days. I'd apply it and the next day my skin would be fine but then by the 2nd day it would start flaking and continue peeling for the next few days. I tried it with the Soothe and Recovery cream (as they suggest) and the Peptide Night Cream but even so, they could not counter-act the flaking. Unfortunately it was just too harsh for my skin and I had to give it up.🤷♀ I do still use the Soothe and Recovery and the Peptide Night Cream (both are just ok IMO) in addition to the Vitamin CE+F (which I like but not sure it does anything, if that makes sense) and the Advanced Eye Cream and Advanced Neck Cream, both of which I LOVE and do notice make my skin more plump and smooth out fine lines around my eyes and crepey skin on my neck, respectively.
@@JR-kf9bt I have been using retina and retinol creams for quite sometime and I understand completely what you are saying. In the winter I have found that I need to add a big dollop of moisturizer into my blip of retinol and then apply it. It helps and I also use exfoliation liberally.
I just ordered the peptide moisturizer yesterday when I seen the sale from you recommendation. Also I WON the needle less serum and tinted moisturizer moisturizer from another channel. I can't wait to try them! Where in your routine do you use the needle less serum?
I just placed an order for the DRMTLGY Retinol Cream to try out. I’m not ready to use Tretinoin, because of my sensitive skin. I also use their Tinted sunscreen, the untinted also. I was on the fence about trying the Peptide Night Cream, because I’m currently trying the Inky List Peptide Cream, and liking it so far. After hearing how much you like it, now would be a good time to try it, and compare it to the Inky List. 🤔 I’ve been using DRMTLGY eye cream and love it, but even on sale it’s still a bit much for .50oz. I may just stick to the Sukoyaka Suhada Eye Cream that I really love. I have some eye patches that I use occasionally, and have the same problem with them sliding down, and have to keep pushing them back up. 🤨 They do work well though. I have the Dr. Denese from QVC. Hope the DRMTLGY sale is still going on. Yikes I better head over there. Thanks Tamara ! ☺️💜
Thank you Debbie! I love the Sukohyak Suhada Eye Cream as well. I will interested to hear your opinion on the comparisons to the two Peptide Night Creams! And check out Kiki's (The Hooded Lid) video that I linked in the description box..she found some amazing eye masks.
@@TamarasTimelessBeauty it’s an odd product and definitely not everyone’s cup of tea. I’m on the fence about it personally, but it’s not bad for a “less makeup” kind of day.
The Drmtlgy eye masks do not slide down on me. Do you have moisturizer on before you place them? I have not found one of their products yet that I do not absolutely love! ❤️
Since making this video I have totally changed my mind about the DRMTLGY eye masks...so so moisturizing and depuffing for under my eyes! I'm on my second jar! And I agree....DRMTLGY is my favorite skin care line for sure.
Everybody talks wonders about these products so I went ahead and ordered the peptide cream, the tinted moisturizer, and the needleless serum. I stop using them since I don't know which gave me this nasty breakout. I heard the serum can do that, and I hope so I keep using the cream and the tinted moisturizer. Has anyone had this problem with any of these products mentioned? please let me know.
Wow! Thanks Tamara, I too, am on a 3 month no acids journey. My question is why do u like the SPF 44, and not the spf46?? I have to be SPF twins.. I love a tint so I’m not interested in the clear spf. Thank you 💐💐
Hi Melinda! The Universal Tinted Moisturizer SPF 46 is a hybrid SPF with both physical and chemical screens (Zinc and Oxinocate). I used that one for quite a while, and did enjoy it. But my preference is for an all mineral SPF. So when they came out with the 100% mineral Physical Tinted Moisturzer SPF 44 I switched. They are both good, but I prefer the all mineral. Also, the Hybrid one is just slightly warmer in tone and the physical one is just a tad more opaque so I tend to like the way it looks on my skin a little more. Also, Penn Smith just did an in depth comparison between the two so you might want to check her video out. I am going to link her video in the description box. Hope this helps!
@@TamarasTimelessBeauty thank you so much. I’ve heard a lot about Penn ! Time for me to subscribe. U have answered my question as I’m Warm/ med toned , so thank you again 💐💐 .
Universal Tinted Moisturizer SPF46: love how it feels and spread on my skin, but… it becomes so orange on my face, I really dislike that I can not use it any more, maybe us only me, I don’t know 😩
The Physical Tinted Moisturizer SPF 44 is slightly lighter and less warm than the Universal. Penn Smith posted a video today where she swatches and compare the two shades and textures. Here is her video... ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Jy-yAZdS0WA.html
has anyone or can you compare BHN formulas overnight success and lift in a jar. i would love to know how effectively it compares to DRMTLGY since the price points are excellent and touts high grade ingredients.
I am in Texas and just clicked to order my sunscreen. Although still a great price, my discount is a 25% 4th of July sale. Another link via Google only indicated a 20% first time buyer's code? I WILL purchase two at 25%off, but am I missing an online shopping tip ?
Hi! I just used my link to repurchase the Peptide Night Cream and it automatically applied the 25% discount. I am not sure about using other links? But my link will give you the 25% discount. Happy Shopping and let me know if it doesn't work.
I know this has nothing to do with this video but what was the brand and name of the estrogen cream you talked about using regarding menopause? Thank you
I did not do a stand alone 180 day update. But I did include my final thoughts in a year end device round up. Which I will link here. Long story short, the Nira is my devise graveyard. u-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Gd1OQWOAzAI.html
Hi! Unfortunately, I have never found an OTC Hyudroquinone that has worked. I even tried the expensive Obagi! I think it is just too weak...OTC is only 2% vs the 4% Rx.
@@TamarasTimelessBeauty Thank you so much, I am looking forward to it. OH i wanted to ask you about the micro-needling, I saw your first section, are you still doing them. I am nervous about what product to use afterwards. Any advice??? Thank you sweetness🥰
At the very bottom of DRMTLGY web page is a link called "international shipping". Hi Marlene! Yes, they are a somewhat newer company and only available online...this is their 5 year anniversary. Not exactly drugstore prices...but certainly not luxury either. The Vitamin C Serum is supposed to be a very close dupe to SkinSceuticals which is more than twice the price. I always have a 20% discount code in my description box and they do have fairly frequent sales. This sale brings many of the prices down to closer to drug store prices.
