Oh! That’s not good at all. Thanks for sharing your experience. I’m trying their new G(OAT) Cleanser. If you’re still within DRMTLGY’s return window, I’d definitely return it. They’re great about returns … you may have to pay shipping, but I could be wrong on that. See if they’ll exchange it for the new cleanser.💜

You should! I was skeptical. I bought them when I was having acne breakouts and I found so many uses for them. They even say you can use them for under arm deodorant… which I didn’t mention because I haven’t tried that yet, but I’m going to. 😂💜

58 dry, sensitive skin. Love the Hydration Booster. Love the Neck Cream too. I am using the Advanced Eye Cream. It is one of the rare eye creams that doesn't irritate my eyes. I may take your advise and order the Eye Patches as well.

I hope you love the eyepatches , but I do highly recommend if you have dry sensitive skin to use them with the eye cream I don’t think they’re hydrating enough for a sensitive, dry on their own. Also, remember, they have a 60 day return policy if you’re not in love with their products. Just one more reason. To love.DRMTLGY!! Let me know how you like the patches if you decide to get them. 💜💕

That is such a great tip with vitamin C! I was wondering what I could do to change the pH because I have read that vitamin C functions best when our skin has a lower pH, but I didn’t know what would actually create a lower pH environment-- so thank you for that one. I think I’m going to stock up on a few things myself, can’t beat that discount.

Awesome video ❤. I also love the Soothe and Recovery moisturizer! It’s a wonderful one to use if your skin is irritated. I want to get the Hydration one you mentioned as your favorite! Yes the night peptide cream is the best! HPR eye cream to me is a miracle eye cream! Thanks for all you do to provide great content ❤

@@KHC2023 You’re so welcome. Oh gosh yes the HPR is fabulous. I definitely like sooth & recovery! I tend to forget about it between the peptide and the barrier repair, but it’s great. If you try the hydration booster let me know how you like it. So much better than the typical HA serums and way better than snail 🐌 mucin that is all the rage 😂

Excellent review! While I like the Needleless Serum it is very drying and not good every day and love the universal tinted moisturizer but not really hydrating enough either. In the old days we were taught to dull the shine, now it's all about illuminators and personally after 60 I like some shine and dewy look. 😊

I think you covered all the Drmtlgy ones. I am curious about some of these other makeup brands like Jones Road Miracle Balm and Boom sticks for more natural hydrating looking skin. It seems they work for some but not others. I would still like to find a more hydrating moisturizer for daytime to wear under foundation. Thanks again for all the great perspectives.

@@ld9197 I too have JRMB on my list of makeup to try. I'm late to that party. I cant get over the fact that they look like colored Vaseline. LOL!! I tried the boom sticks years ago and don't remember being all that impressed. However, it's likely they've changed formulas since I tired them. My favorite new find as far as minimalist makeup are the Ogee sticks. I love them. I know they are expensive but they are perfect for my No makeup Makeup look (I'm wearing them in this video). They are comparable to the WA sticks but I like them better and they are a little less expensive. I tried the Trio sticks and they were not very mature skin friendly. If you want a light weight but slightly more hydrating moisturizer have your tried the DIEUX Instant Angles? ( I reviewed it in my best of 2023 video) For moisturizers my faves are: Peptide NC, Instant Angles, Jordan Samuel Recovery Balm and the DRMTLGY Barrier repair mask. Honestly I love them all!

Thank you. I recall your review on some of these and started looking at the Ogee Sticks. Curious which color group you tried, Crystal, Golden or Radiant. I try not to buy too much at one time so everything is fresh. Have moved intent angels up on my list, but currently sold out ugh. I do like the Dermalogica Intensive Moisture Masque which isn't really a masque, I just use under make up to add moisture and perk my skin up. Thanks again so much, I love that women can share and educate each other in this way. 💕

Loved your video 🌟💛!! What do you think of the C5 cream? I care mostly about the antioxidant effect. Would love to hear what you think! I’m also not needleless fan, or the peptide night cream after going through multiple jars!!! But love their regular moisturizers with or without spf. Thank you ❤!!

Thanks glad you enjoyed the video. As far as the Vit C5 formula. It's not bad esp if you're mostly looking for antioxidant vs the brightening forms of Vit C. It has & antioxidants. The 5 Vit C derivative and 2 forms of Vit E. One of the Vit C derivatives I am not a fan of, Ascorbyl Palmitate. It's unstable. But that can be argued with LAA too. But there's also some concern for it causing lipid peroxidation and cytotoxicity ( not sure how robust that evidence is but something to be aware of) Likely why the amt of AP in most formulas is pretty low. Wish they'd thrown in Glutathione instead but I am not a cosmetic chemist so .... Also I can't remember if you like fragrance but this has a bit of parfum. I'm off to go give it a sniff for you... I cant remember what it smells like BRB

Which did you find better for the sun pigmentation on you neck which I have and I hate it. In you experience ipl or fraxel or both. I love dermtology products. Thank you for the tips which I will definitely try 😅❤

Thanks for your question. If you have a combination of textural issues and pigmentation (like I did) you may benefit from fraxel for the texture improvements and IPL (or a type of light therapy recommended by your provider) for pigmentation. Just ordered the HPR eye cream. After reading reviews on Reddit I hope it dosent dry my under eyes 🤦‍♀️. Maybe they were using twice a day and with retinol it should only be used at night

Yes, I’ve heard some are experiencing dry skin under their eye after using HPR. With any retinoid product there’s the potential for “retinization” a period of adjustment where your skin is slightly sensitive (redness irritation) to a retinoid product. I recommend introducing any new Vit A product one day a week, then work up to your skins, personal tolerance. It took me a year to work up to five days a week .025 tretinoin. My skin was happy for six years, then I had to scale back to two days a week. Everyone is different & your personal tolerance may change by the year or season. Pay attention to your skin and how it’s reacting &!adjust. Inflammation and irritation is counterproductive to what we’re trying to achieve with Vit A products; but if you go low and slow, typically your skin will adjust. Keep the group posted on how you get along with the HPR. Remember, low and slow is your motto. Best wishes 💜Cindy PS YES, it’s best to use a retinoid in the evening once a day! 🫶
