These are Mass housing. And building construction is Pre fabrication. Mhada also construct exact same type. So any changes is next to impossible. But due to current situation u can look for PVT builders who can give all these facilities at little extra cost specially in Taloja and Dronagiri. Definately those will be small building of 4 floors and not big towers.

In descending order Airoli, Kharghar, Dronagiri. Vashi will be best but u need to find something in resell. Also Belapur u can check but in 2nd sale. Fresh plot is possible only in Kharghar and Dronagiri

@@The.Greatone yes there are few excellent banglow plots in that area. But i am not sure about exact rate. i have seen few open plot of 60 and 100 Sq mt in sec 12 which Pranam hotel backside area. People are asking price whatever comes in their mind. Around 1Cr u can get these 60 Sq mt plot in Sec 12. This is price what they r asking. Closing might happen at lesser rate.
