When I got out of the pen at the end of 2001, I started chilling with this one cat that was doing music promotion basically for local Bay Area rap artist. I love my bay area rap music, so I was down to get out at pass out flyers for up and coming shows. At one point we had an investor and we wanted to do a big show. I said we should get 40 water to perform....I recall my boy saying he was old-school and hadn't came out with nothing new in awhile. But I had just seen a show with E40 and the performance was probably the best one I had ever seen from a artist... Shit never fell through anyway do to problems regarding money which lead to some gun play ...🙁
