I love how the wolf wasn't the least bit bothered by his failed attempts to capture the dogs. And he wasn't kidding when he said he was going to be on television after his last attempt failed.

I like the ending when he decided to go on TV if the house fails to blow up. Guess what? It worked out perfectly for the wolf. He looks happy for a change.

I am pretty sure that the voice of the wolf is Daws Butler (Huckleberry Hound, Quick Draw McGraw, Snagglepuss and Elroy Jetson to name but a few of his better known characters.) A voicing master for certain!

I ADORE this antagonist sooo much!! Such a chill attitude whenever he fails. And he's IMMEDIATELY accepting and cool with his pain and failures too and literally just whistles it off in a calm manner! And he's not afraid to throw in a funny remark here and there even after he felt all that suffering lmaooo

Can we appreciate how Snoopy and Loopy are depicted as stupid, but are actually smart enough to rely on Droopy to handle the wolf, and even assist him at times? They didn't even fall for the cat puppet! They just watch as Droopy winds up the toy mouse and set it loose!

I watched this on 📺 after school many times, worth it. Word is...Wolfie is still successful on 📺 to this day😏.

The wolf is so relaxed and unbothered despite his numerous attempts to capture the dogs backfiring against him. Droopy is one clever dog, outsmarting and staying one step ahead.

That wolf is easily one of my favorite characters of the Golden Age. I love how in any cartoons he appears in, the only time he ever looks genuinely evil is about his first-ever minute onscreen... and then from that point on he's just some super chill Appalachian dude

City Dog Catcher and he doesn't take in the bulldog, that bites him. Only says, "Break it up son; joke's over."
