My wife’s family is from Yakima county. I’ve made the trip over a couple times. It’s beautiful. Her brother is there and does a lot of fishing in the Columbia. Though I mostly see him catching salmon.
Nice seeing you out there! That was a fatty! I love how some of those Columbia fish are just so thick. I caught a 20.25" on Sunday that only weighed 4lb 4oz. That fat one you caught definitely never missed a meal!!
Holly cow, she was a fat one! Nice fish congrats. When the wind comes up I switch to crank baits they seem to be a lot more receptive to cranks in the wind.
