A few things to remember for this toss!
- Right-hand placement when tossing- how high or low your hand will be for the height
- Left-hand placement for the spin- pushing down and keeping your hand down until you need to catch
- Free arms- what you look like under the toss
- Hitting each count when you need to!! Even hitting those half counts!
- Money hand on "4", pulling down on 4 "and", out of your hand on "5", watching your tab and being mindful of what your free arms are doing for "5 and, 6, and" catching strong on "7"
