Now I have a case that it's complicated , I am the landlord and my tenant won the case of a deposit because they sent me the information of zoom to a wrong email I talk to the judge secsretary but they didn't do anything , so I paid the tenant and she had never asked for attorney fees so after the satisfaction from the tenant her attorney bill me for $11,500 this is a small court ?? and the judge granted it before the attorney didn't list the hours . I got an attorney to appeal it but so discurrage she went to put a lean in a LLC that I owe 10% how can I go about this unfairness ? it's not even solved the case and I have a lean ..... if I loose can I fail for bankrupcy? please advice. I have pay my attorney already over $5000
