Tim, if you're worried about heat and warpage, you can use air and cool it after spotting and/ or a wet rag. i prefer air because rapid quenching tends to harden the metal. go slow, keep it cool. Good job brother

Wish I was that lucky when my differential went out on my d350 lol I need to make this a w350 what axle you recommend for the front if I am going to spent the money for the swap. Meaning leave the leafs with the dana 60, or get a newer axle and use springs or 4 link with a dana 40...

Good video. My wheel exited stage left and tore my fender up today. First dent in a 34yr old 1st gen. But, I'll fix it-ish for now. Get it right later. But between you, and a few other youtubers, I can fix it close enough for now thanks to the free knowledge and entertainment yall provide.

I got my own crew cab two years ago and I just got an 06 ram Cummins with a 6 speed that is going to donate the engine and transmission for my 85 crew cab. Love the videos and that’s for the inspiration.
