You are so right bass pro shop is the last spot to stop by unless you have a deep pockets i stick with Walmart and I like the pole with the foam all the way to the end of my rod the guys i fish with they use them but I don’t bass fish I use live bAit and sit down and watch the rods
I totally agree BPS is expensive and I don't think there fresh water selection is big enough. I also agree the foam on the rod has to be all the way to end. I'm sticking with Walmart and my simple setup.
That’s my bass pro lol. I live about 15 miles from it and there all the time. They’ve never allowed fishing there. I’ve done good with the black and chartreuse crappy baits.

Yea the food wasn’t good when I went a while ago. Worker says that they must season the food like they do in Florida since that’s where bass pro shop originally comes from. He also say just let them know that you want Louisiana style flavor and they’ll hook it up.😂
