I don’t want to hear anyone talking with Kim Dracula is a headliner and not an opener. If they had a full production with a larger crew and the capability to have insane lighting, a brass section, sound, etc. no one would be saying anything. They are the center of attention and doing their best to entertain and provide vocals (which are pretty true to the songs themselves). So many bands use tracks these days. A genre bend like Kim Dracula is always going to require some tracks to give the feel people are looking for. For a first tour, Kim is showing promise and I’m excited to see them tomorrow regardless. Let’s also not mention the fact that all of these performances have been outside which is a whole different ballgame compared to indoor, environmentally controlled venues. People who like Kim Dracula’s music are proud of him and are enjoying seeing him. Those who aren’t a fan are more likely to judge. Also his first tour is with FIR and A7X. I haven’t seen A7X in a while so I don’t know their energy but Ronnie is a hurricane on stage and both bands are well seasoned performers. I’m sure opening for those bands comes with an insane amount of pressure but also an insane amount of learning opportunities. You can see them improving with every show.
Unfortunately he is just trying to copy Jonathan Davis. But you are right, there is a huge difference: He sound worse and touring seems not to be contributing to his health. The first line of the song are utterly bad: No breath, not the right pitch. But I really hope, he is going to improve.
Can we just go back to signing bands based on there performances at bars and clubs. Please. I really love KD's musice but he needs a lot of help on performance/stage presence.
Yeah growing up and listening to metal, that was one of the best parts about going to metal shows. The bands actually sounded BETTER than they did on the album. The instrumental part of this band is good but you can tell there was a lot of fakery to record his vocals. I think it's perfectly fine to make an album like that where you use autotune etc. to make things sound better, but don't go touring that material if you can't pull it off live.
@@psycoldagree, the performing it live aspect of his music was missed or wasn't thought out thoroughly. I haven't seen any improvement either, not sure why I keep seeing comments about him "improving". I'm 41yrs old and we definitely had awesome concerts back then. We pay so much money now and we are getting karaoke style concerts.
Kim Dracula's (opening) production and sound engineering absolutely shit on falling in reverse and avenged sevenfold last week. At least I could hear Kim's songs, and I had only ever heard the cover of paparazzi on tiktok before seeing them live..

I really love the album and listened to it so many times, so I really don't understand people saying he is improving. Sure the live show could be improved a lot if you throw money at it, but compared to his first shows, he sounds more out of breath, has problems to keep the pitch and tries to hide it behind screams and shouts.
Seriously though I'm confused or I'm missing something here but I don't see an improvement, maybe some shows were better than others? So talented and creative but live is just not good, I don't even think throwing money would make it better, KD needs to work on some stage presence first.
I was thinking the same thing but eh....he still looks good. You gotta understand they are busy af and probably eat on the road, probably not the most healthiest but it is what it is lol
If I'm sure it's his first tour's so gotta cut them some slack His got that talent it's their but remember when recording albums etc they take breaks and time to do so whereas here his battling out those cords constantly. It's Gunnar take it out of him. Give it a few years he will be a lot better. I remember seeing Parkway before they were really big and they were nowhere near as good as they are now. Believe me, their live shows were nowhere near as amazing as the live ones they perform now. Practice makes perfect. 😊
His music is awesome but he is not a trained musician. The whole thing seems to be really hard for him and he seems to struggle, visibly and audibly. That happens when you pull someone out of the editing and filtering world of TikTok and push them into reality...
