I don't think people are created into illegal drug addicts because---their parents weren't affectionate, etc....I say self-esteem, how we keep hold of self love, determines whether we can resist, have no interest in, needing those drugs. Even great parents can have a drug addict child. I will never again try a relationship until i know the person's real background: there is no homelife peace with someone your extreme opposite.

I used to do many different drugs in my college years. Now that I’m in my 30s though, I’ve found it just isn’t as much fun as it used to be. I started to feel the comedowns, nausea, and stuff a lot more. There were times when I just wanted this to stop now. I noticed how much of a dent it was leaving in my wallet. These days, I try to use more natural ways to get high, such as qigong, meditation, and floating. That’s enough to keep me off the drugs.

Therapy is a business model alike a pyramid scheme. It needs gullible fools, who do not even realize that the same treatment signals a lazy therapist. No real trauma without bodily signs of it.
sometimes parents/family members can be the worst. what if they tell the doctor that you got mental illnesses that you might not at all. and than the doctor or an un helpful so called therapist prescribes you woth medications that probably never needed at all ! ?

The only trouble with treatment options is that doctors may just give you more drugs to treat your condition just to make money, enabling your condition. Actually certain doctors should be included as one of the causes of drug abuse! LOL
This is a great video but very disappointing to see that all of the cartoon characters are white. I work with students from many different ethnic backgrounds and don't feel I can use this video due to the lack of diversity within it, especially a minute in where it shows the map of the world and all the people representing the different continents are white and look older than 45! My brother is always addicted to this shit, this can cause antisocial personality disorder and he doesn’t even care about the issue he’s putting himself through. He was being tough on me when I was trying to clean up his drug mess that I was dealing with, because he’s my brother, he only thinks about himself, and it’s my mother’s fault for all of this shit.

Years back we would stop in the E R's just to talk & see how things were and there were no difference in drug related situations then and now.! As a Police Officer responding to o d's it is still not that much different. What is different is the media. It's about money and sponsors towards networks. Sponsors pay billions for ads to networks that have specials fighting drug abuse/ Theres no more a drug epidemic than a teenager saying they don't masturbate. If you don’t want drug addiction problems just simply don’t do drugs in the first place. If you do get into drugs just remember every time you feel good you will twice as bad when you stop using. With the exception of psychedelics and prescription medication drugs won’t ever help you with anything.
