Drug Dealer Simulator 2 Open World Survival Game Pseudo Immersive Sim Intro and Tutorial 

Interesting game, my favorite in this genre is Scarface: The Movie: The Game which has an outstanding soundtrack. I'm assuming the game gets quite weird at some point so I suppose it's just a matter of how esoteric that experience is, the target always being Port of Call New Orleans of course.
