For over 50 years, the law ENFORCEment angle, hasn't worked. Maybe ask what the PEOPLE think they want or need. MAYBE ask the user, "how do we stop you from doing crimes"? Users are going to use. If or when they ask for help, have it available. If the government regulated the drugs. There wouldn't be a need, to do crimes, to get the money, for a quality, that could kill. Surely the present method, isn't, nor has been, doing any good at all. Total waste of resources...If you take the crime away, where does the criminal go???
