I really can’t believe the improvements in drugstore cosmetics and skincare in the last 4-5 years. The eyeshadows are so much different, better. Foundation, bronzer, lip products, blushes, and blurring powders etc etc ….Just everything, is *SO GOOD* nowadays. There really is no reason to spend a lot of money on high end, expensive makeup anymore

Some drugstore favorites: •loreal fresh wear 24 hr foundation (I use this as concealer too) •essence panda eyes mascara •la girl pastel eyeliners •la girl white foundation mixer •neutrogena skin clearing mineral powder (idk if it actually heals acne but it’s a powder foundation that blurs the shit out of my acne so I like that lol) •Milani eyeshadow primer •essence kajal pencil in teddy •colourpop so juicy gloss (heads up this is sticky af but lasts so long)
My drugstore finds have been making me happier than my high end lately, especially ELF. I love the ELF no budge stick in Thrift Store. It's such an interesting shade of taupe, the color is a little greenish but on the cool toned side.
Love your content girl! I've never been one for drugstore makeup because it use to be so bad lol but now formulas have come such a long way and you can find affordable products that feel just like their high end counterparts. One that really blew me away was the Makeup Revolution cream bronzer!
I like the Essence Banana Brightening powder for my under eyes. For mascara the Maybelline Sky High Ultra Black one, Rimmel scandeleyes gel liner in like a deep burgundy colour.
I have the NYX liquid shadow in green and it is gorgeous, it’s a mid-tone moss green with soft gold shimmer. I layer it on tops of the liquid shadow I snagged from Sydney Grace and it’s a perfect combo. So pretty!
I would love to see you try the moira liquid and cream eyeshadows, I don't think they are sold in store anywhere but they are in the drugstore range of prices
My favorite drugstore thing I’ve always kept repurchasing is Nyx lip cream in Berlin. It was the first reddish brown shade I found and I always keep in on me to apply and blur with fingers for on the go. The formula is so soft ❤️ also their butter gloss in Praline!❤
Thanks! I generally don’t even like lip gloss, but I just ordered that clear one because I love the idea of using it with just a lip liner and changing up the look. Might pick up the NYX Wonder Stick in Fair, also. I already have the Elf Halo Glow in Shade 1 and I love it.
the purito bb cream is an actual GOD SEND. you cant buy it in drugstores but its drugstore price and can get it on amazon. the only thing is the shade range is wack but if you can find one that matches or mix them I think you'll love it. also the no7 translucent perfect light loose powder is one of my holy grails along with the no7 lift and luminate triple action finishing powder (they do powders well) that ones supposed to be a CT airbrush dupe
This this this! I bought the Purito BB cream awhile ago but was trying out so many other foundations that I didn’t give it full attention. But I recently wore it for a week straight and realized that it’s The One. I wear shade #21, which is an odd undertone, but it WORKS. My skin looks so smooth and healthy. I’m oily so I wish it could wear longer but it wears off so nicely compared to matte foundations.
@@seevanhawkins4591 it wears so well! it has a fixing property. i’ve swatched it on my hands before and the swatches stayed put for much longer than expected. but i could see it working better for normal to dry skin as it’s pretty moisturizing. not oily at all imo tho

I gave up a couple of my favorite drugstore brands when I decided to only by cruelty-free makeup but I still love NYX, and I think I need that A94 gloss! Absolutely love your hair color. 🍁🍂❤️
I love that NYX concealer sooo much! I don’t wear foundation and it blends out so nicely with my bare skin. I agree about it the packaging though, I do feel like I end up wasting some.
The 'Revolution Cream Bronzer' and 'Revolution PRO Foundation Drops'. These two products are really amazing. 'Maybelline FIT ME powder' and 'L'Oreal Foundation in a powder' are also great.

That Nyx serum concealer shocked me. I have super oily skin but it works really well on me. I think it's because it feels almost like a water based serum and not too heavy or greasy. An excellent choice from the drugstore 😊
Totally agree on the NYX concealer. I want to try that ELF powder; they make the Sheer Tint powder which I use for touch ups and it is phenomenal. Their powder foundation is also awesome. The Burts Bees lippies look gorg! Def grabbing one in my next Ulta order :)
I’m a loose setting powder lover and use every time,and my favorite was too faced peach perfect, and I still love it but now I have to say the elf HD powder (not the halo)is the only drugstore powder that truly feels high end and is now my favorite loose powder❤
Okay I’m so glad to read this comment. TF peach perfect remains my holy grail powder. I’m so sad it was discontinued but I do have backups. I’ll have to try the elf powder!
Another banger drugstore video!! I love the Annabelle Gel Eye Liner and their Gel Lip Liner but I haven’t seen them in a bit so I’m afraid they might discontinue them. I hope they’re just reformulating them 😭
As far as drugstore favorites, I know it’s old but the L’Oréal waterproof voluminous lash mascara is forever the best mascara I’ve tried, high end or drugstore
I want to try the nyx concealer it looks really close to Josie Maran concealer which is only one that doesn’t make my skin look really dry. My favorite drugstore makeup is the nyx jumbo pencils and no 7 glosses. They are so smooth and creamy! Prefer them over high end ones.
I got that little elf powder on your recommendation and omg YES! It is so nice Also it reminds me of the L'Oreal true match powder, very similar texture and finish but the L'Oreal has a bit of coverage
Ermagerd I love doing the eyeshadow trick with the NYX can’t stop won’t stop powder but they don’t make it anymore so I was panicking about what I would do when I ran out of that one! ❤️❤️
There are few products I’ve discovered that are as holy grail as the NYX concealer. I never knew concealer could actually make my undereyes feel smooth and soft!
Hi Julia, what is the staying power of the nyx concealer on the face if you use it as foundation or to cover larger areas? Does it last well or transfer?
I love it as an all over the face product. I don't wear foundation on the day to day but just lightly buff some of the NYX concealer through the center of my face. I set it with the Annabelle matte powder and it lasts pretty well. For reference, I have combo skin.
Some of my fave drugstore are Loreal Pro Matte foundation, Loreal 1% Hylauronic acid serum foundation, LA Girl 9 eyeshadow palette in “Keep it Playful”, LA Girl Shockwave eyeliners, Wet N Wild Photofocus Loose powder, Maybelline Lifter glosses and Vinyl Ink, ELF flawless satin foundation Essence Waterproof Liquid Eyeliners Elf wow brow and slim brow pencil NYX Bare with me concealer Maybelline Age rewind concealer Milani lip fetish lipsticks Also please can you show us more techniques for eye makeup…like this video kind of showed it but I need an in depth look on how you do it!!! Oh I love the idea of mixing the liquid glow with the rare beauty blushes! I have neither of those products but they are both on my wishlist 😄 I definitely want to check out the powders you've mentioned, but yesterday I just purchased three by nyx that I wanted to try out for so long now and I got them with 20% off. So I'll go through those first but I always love to try out different powders :D Oh and the hair colour looks really nice on you :>
I tried the NYX serum concealer some months ago and I liked it a lot! I think I had the same shade as you, beige, but unfortunately it was a couple shades too dark and too pink for me. I want to get the fairest shade, which is kind of hard to get your hands on (not sold in stores and is frequently sold out online). Right now I'm using a travel size of the NARS radiant creamy concealer, but I think I'm going to get the NYX next if I can get my hands on it. For powder I have a N7 pressed powder that a lot of people like, but unfortunately it has fragrance so I don't reach for it as much as I would otherwise. I'll check out the ones from the video and hopefully they don't have fragrance.
Thank you so much for your recommendations :) I still need to try out that e.l.f powder... One of my favourite drugstore picks is definitely the Maybelline Lifter Gloss, especially in the shade silk. They make my lips look so plush, plump and glossy without being sticky - I can't believe it's not highend. They are pretty pigmented, too

Drugstore Concealer Recommendation: honest beauty flex concealer! I've been a huge fan and it just won an allure best of beauty award, so I know it's not just me. It's extremely underrated and no one talks about it
Some of my favorite drug store purchases have been the Wet n Wild photofocus matte foundation, elf brow pencil (in the white tube), I also love the wet n wild liquid lipsticks! I will have to try that elf powder now
for anyone who is still into liquid lips: the NYX suede and lingerie XXL lipsticks are the best (just overall. drugstore or high end)i’ve found. editing to add: in my personal experience and according to my personal preferences haha
How do y'all get all the product out of hard plastic/glass containers with doe foot applicators? Some thicker formulas, like concealer, don't come all out.
When it’s almost gone you can pop out that plastic stopper that squeezes the doe foot before it comes out. You can get your nail or something thin underneath it and pop it off the container. Then you have more movement for the doe foot to scrape the sides of the tube more
video idea: i would love to see how you do your makeup differently for your new hair. i will actually be dying my hair a copper red soon and literally dont know what to do for blush or just how i will change my makeup! just a though :)
These aren't new products, but they're so good! The number 7 Lift and luminate powder. (I believe it's the one in a box.) And I just recently tried revlon's The Gloss, and I can't believe I just now tried it! 😲 They're awesome!
In France the drugstore products are so expensive! With 25% off at Sephora there is no huge price difference with Loreal for example. Nyx is mostly available online but I prefer to touch the products before buying them 🥺. So I remain a high end girl 😅 Your hair colour is PERFECTION! Merci pour cette vidéo ❤️
