Something a little different from me as I team up with a talented poet from Merseyside called Mainly Poetry, combining Drum & Bass with one of his poem recordings called "Engulfed in Sonder".
The meaning of "sonder" itself is defined by Mainly Poetry on his original video as "the realization that each random passer-by is living a life as vivid and complex as your own populated with their own ambitions, friends, routines, worries and inherited craziness" - check out his original here:

We have known each other for a few years now as we met each other on a blogging platform called PeakD, over time becoming good friends and sharing our creative journeys.
When I saw the words of Engulfed in Sonder and understood the meaning behind it, combined with the excellent delivery by Mainly Poetry, it was a no-brainer to see if I could put a drum & bass track to the words.
This was a lot of fun to make and I enjoyed collaborating with him on this, it feels like the DnB scouse version of The Streets haha!
