I personally believe that the countless Europeans that lost their lives battling the Ottoman Empire, during and after it’s era of expansion, are some of the greatest unsung heroes in all of history. Everyone forgets that literally millions of good people died defending Europe from Ottoman invasions.
@@trollscream8607 Well, I wouldn't say they succeeded. They were repulsed from Europe at the battle of Vienna, thanks to the Poles. Most former Ottoman territory in the Balkans and Greece have since reverted to Christianity. However, the way the EU is importing Muslims into Europe at such a huge rate now disgusts me.
MadjaX It’s not necessarily Islam from the ottomans they the problems(as I have no problem with white European Muslims) but it was more or so how the ottomans even at ww1 quite literally had 0 industry. And whatever they owned prior to it has nothing as well while the rest of Europe was advancing. I believe that’s a major part on why Eastern Europe is so terrible economically and politically. But yeah the eu forced migrations isn’t really helping either

Remember, more than 10000 romanian soldiers died for liberation of Slovakia in WW2. They rest in peace in Zvolen and Banska Bistrici. My grandfather dead for liberation of Czechia on 24.04.1945. In this video, the Romanian army crossed the Danube, in Bulgaria, to fight the Turks in 1877. Few people know that many thousands of Romanians died for the freedom of Romania, but also for that of Bulgaria. Everyone says that the Russians did everything !!! Which is not really true.
