You have to check od replace Drum Unit. Only

@Tomasz - OFF TOPIC Question: thank you for this great clip. I've got another question - my printer says "close the backdoor" but it IS closed. it is locked with the grey hooks. I have TWO 6021's - i can compare that - all looks fine - but something after the "SELF FEST" says "close the rear cover". Any IDEA - PLEASE HELP ME. . dziękuję za ten świetny klip. Mam inne pytanie - moja drukarka mówi "zamknij tylne drzwi", ale JEST zamknięta. jest zablokowany szarymi haczykami. Mam DWA 6021 - mogę to porównać - wszystko wygląda dobrze - ale coś po "SELF FEST" mówi "zamknij tylną pokrywę". Jakikolwiek POMYSŁ - PROSZĘ O POMOC.

Na tylnej klapie jest ostający plastik, który zamyka chip. Pewnie to jest złamane i dlatego czujnik daje informację, że klapa jest otwarta.

Check toner container still shows even though I changed cartridge (after changing the others. The old one is not full. Why does it still say "check the toner container"? But its my first toner change. Never an issues before.

You may have to manually reset the counter.

Same model of mine loses all its Magenta toner dry in few prints, the whole pages come out painted as pink and the bottle container gets filled with it like wasted in few prints. What should be done to fix it as I tried all that I could physically or searching online but no solution?

Hey. 1. Insert a new developer unit magenta, there is no other solution. 2. Insert a new original toner cartridge and never use substitutes. 3. Initialization of the developer and it will be fine.

@@MrRicoh thanks for your kind reply. The original was sucked dry so yesterday I replaced it with a brand new one and in a matter of few hours it went from 100% to 5%. I opened and checked up to the developer unit but everything seems normal and usual so would there be anything else that could be done?

If you have such a problem, in my opinion, dispose of the printer because the repair will be too expensive.

I sell kyocera products for 306ci as never before does one of these stains on the copy or print along the vertical interval. Thanks if anyone knows the problem
