DrumBo Smokers! Full Tour of my Canadian-built artisan drum smokers 

I've been cooking on DrumBo smokers since March 2021. This young Canadian company is producing the most beautiful, best-performing drum smokers on the market. Let me give you a tour of the smokers and talk about some of the features that set them apart.
I'm using 4 of these smokers for competition. They work very well for hot & fast cooking. That means tender brisket and pork butts in 4-5 hours, and ribs in 2 hours.
These artisan drum smokers are hand crafted in Wainwright, Alberta, Canada. Designer Matt Malo was the first individual in Alberta to initiate the design & manufacture of drum smokers, and his full time partner Alex Heath provides logistical and creative support.
