So I'm not familiar with the culture of these HS bands, but sound wise they are good. They got all these guest appearances. Whenever the camera turn around I'm like "who about to pop out next, the parents?"
i love this stuff but the director need to let the drum majors add their own swag don't just do what they see colleges do let that NOLA swag be free lol
Those lil lads jumping in there trying to disrespect the McDonogh Band was fortunate things didn't turn ugly. That's how fights can be started. Why would the Director of EK Band let them do that anyway?
Mike B. the minute I saw that I got upset because the battle should've ended right there, you JUST DON'T DO THAT during a battle! it's disrespectful and grounds for catching a few haymakers, so respect the imaginary line, keep the battle decent, and may the BEST BAND win!
Mike B. The band director knows what his kids are capable of he doesn't hold them under his wing they do it to every band they battle that's where the trophies come from😂 you gotta be aggressive in band you can't be scary plus the other school has history with Edna karr
Battle was good but I hate when I high schools try to act like colleges, to a certain degree size does matter for arrangements and those kids were giving it their all but their attacks on notes were sloppy because they all running out of breath. I'm talking about Tourist specifically but other than that the battle was great
35 girls flag team was always a beast right alone with my old high school Albee for tier if the storm would have hit my school would have stumped all of them like back in 03-05
but if karr and st.aug went at it hands down karr would win everything but aug band is 🔥🔥 and karr incept they like horns and drums and stuff it wouldve been a tie in that!
