Why should we ever have subsidized fertilizer? Just remove the taxes and bottlenecks in the industry and let everybody buy affordable fertilizer from every shop instead of going for it at Cereals Board stores where corruption is rampant.

Professor Manyora, Are you ready to FULLY recover the stolen public funds, from ALL the culprit government officials, including CONFISCATION of ALL assets, locally and abroad -- send culprits to jail, once you become President? Are you ready to CRIMINALISE any lies, at any time, from any public official? Are you ready to close all offices one day per year, for ALL public officials to PUBLICALLY declare all personal assets and liabilies? There's no fairness as you put it it's about godfather's fixer's, and there everywhere school's, nurses medical training school, polytechnics, ministry's, etc, our government is made of manner less parliament. Moi's debts haven't been cleared as well, Kenya has so much resources it can manage with IMF. Every one in government is having a private jets or chopper.

How should we have a small window of employment opportunity, when we have all our resources at our disposal, bring in industry knowledge and open up industries for value addition then their will rampant employment everywhere in Africa eg see what is happening in China which has heavily industrialized, everyone is busy in an industry working. African leaders have been made shallow thinkers through AID imf and world Bank funding which has bad conditions in the end.

200 million population? Tell me where on earth populations that size have a prosperous lifestyle. You may say USA, but that prosperity is for a very few and the rest live on very little.
