#review #keyboards #gaming #cs2 #valorant Sorry for the bad lighting. The price mentioned in this video is in Canadian dollars. The product is pretty overrated and over hyped in my own opinion so it gets the webcam treatment.
Turbo mode does fix a lot of the non movement keys gettingsstuck and not letting you move. But it still happens. I also removed the switch and tried cleaning it. I'm gonna experiment and try to change repeat delay and rate in windows control panel
Hey! Nice video, I just got this keyboard today, I needed a good alternative to the Wooting, the Wooting 60he after shipping/import duties/taxes, ends up being $320 CAD which I cannot justify., so I settled on this after doing some extensive research/review. The DrunkDeer a75 costed me just about $170 CAD all in. I competed professionally in CSGO in ESEA Premier/CEVO Pro and have reached radiant/imm3 previously in val so I'm quite tuned to the intricacies of movement/counter strafe timing, however I didn't experience any of the issues you mentioned here. Wondering if you were able to replicate it consistently? Trying to see if I can replicate the problem on my end. Or has the issues been fixed for you? On drunkdeer's software page it says they recently released a firmware update which resolves some common bugs/issues but didn't go into detail what those were. Thanks!
just wanted to say, i’m almost certain your issue is because you’re using .1 mm rapid trigger. When you wobble the key just a little bit, it’ll register the down press of the wobble as an upstroke and deactivate the switch. I recommend setting the upstroke sens to at least .2 to fix the issue and .3 to fix it entirely. I’m sorry if this is a late response, it’s just that this happens on wooting too (and a lot more prominently because of the wobble on their switches) and not many people with drunkdeer keyboards really go to woofing for answers.
someone mentioned the springs are susceptible to magnetism which might be affecting the hall sensors at the .1 to .2 ranges. is there a source for diamagnetic springs like the wooting has? maaaybe that would fix the deadspots near the .1 to .2mm ranges
@@eagleeyez1 ive asked them in the discord group before but they say it shouldnt be a problem if the springs were magnetised. But i still got anti magnetic cherry mx spring to replace it with
Thanks. I feel glad that I changed my mind and cancelled the order (before the payment was done). I bought a cheap one-hand keyboard - which is enough for my short relaxing gaming sessions.
i was having alot of problem on the 0.08 firmware version , but it fixed alot of problem when i update it to 0.09 ill update if there are still problem in game edit: there are still some problem like the key not register when i press it but not as much as when im on the 0.08 version maybe ill wait for the next version
Do u still have this problem ? Recantly i'm update drivers on this keyboard and problem was resolved. A month ago my drinkdeer was the same issue. The W key was deactivated wnen sens upstroke and downstroke 0.1 mm even if w key pressed all the way.
Honestly I have no idea, Drunkdeer support just told me to wait for a FW update. I'm reviewing the Akko Hall Effect keyboard soon you might want to check it out, this one is alot better than the drunkdeer a75.
You need to report this problem to the creators of the keyboard. They respond to many and correct comments. The more problems you report to them, the faster they fix them.
Do you still have this keyboard? It would be great if you periodically checked whether they fixed this problem or not.... I'm just thinking of buying one.@@khensationalReviews
Just want to point out that drunkdeer has no plans to make drivers to actually utilize the analogue switches like wootility. If you buy a drunkdeer you will most likely never be able to use it as a controller or apply macros to it, or even rebind the volume knob as they don't want to pay a programmer to make software. Just bought a wooting and returning my drunkdeer.
@@gzitterspiller That's the dumbest logic i've ever heard. Because the keyboard is marketed at pro players it doesn't need functional drivers? If you want to waste $130 on a keyboard with dogshit drivers you do you.
@@krazypeople4 Driver will get better, dont get mad lol... They just launched it to arrive quickly at the market. On top of that, once you set and save the settings you should not be bothered by the driver anymore, unless you constantly changw settings. I bought a wooting 1 week ago, I personally love the web browser simplistic stuff.
Drunkdeer actually have it on their roadmap but its the last feature on their list to be implemented since other things are requested more often/would see more use (2k polling, dks for eg)
